They charged $250 on my card for “damages” that they could not validate. I have been waiting for a refund for over 10 days and still nothing. Fraudulent charges that have been reported as fraud on my credit card. The hotel was clean but due to all the fraudulent activities eating it a “1” BEWARE!!!!!!!!! The manager Juan assured me I would receive my refund but I have not as of today. My initial call to dispute the charges was 5/27 today is 6/11.
