Just don't stay here...the list is too long to post. The worst part was having late check out so we could sleep in and housekeeping busted in the room twice...
I’ve gotten into the habit of reading the worst reviews before writing my own, out of curiosity and also to dispel or confirm any issues or concerns. We had a fantastic stay. The only negative that we experienced? There were no towels poolside. Luckily, our room was one of the closest to the pool(sorry about the wet carpet!) The staff were super friendly upon check in and check out. I was genuinely surprised at the warmth we received, rather than the customary robotic, scripted check in experiences at most hotels.
