Had a fantastic experience with the front desk clerk, Clint, who was patient, compassionate, and funny. The room was pretty nice and breakfast good.
Clint, was extremely rude, zero compassion, full of hate, no business working in hospitality. i heard the outback was hiring line cooks!
Coming in on game weekend we expected things to be hectic but the front desk associate, Clint, was INCREDIBLE. He helped us with every single thing we asked for while also answering the phone and helping other people. And all of this with a genuine smile and a great attitude. His customer service was beyond phenomenal and we will definitely be staying here again. The last time we stayed here we had Ezekiel who was equally as pleasant and professional. 10/10 experience with the staff and the hotel itself.
