Had reserved a king suite with pullout for 4, wasn't available when we arrived for zero reason. Not blaming this location but the greater Fairfield system for leaving us high and dry with no options. Just awful treatment of customer paying 200+, good luck.
As far as the service and location of this hotel is very good. My husband and I have used this hotel a few times. They are always super nice and we've never had problems. The reason the rating is so low is because what looked like a clean room was not. In one of the beds there were multiple crusty tissues and in the other bed there was a blood strain. We've never had beds this nasty before.
Pros: Very welcoming and informative staff, clean room, close to freeway, good breakfast options, good restaurant across the parking lot. We would stay again. Cons: Mattress felt worn out and lacking in support.
Some noisy kids at 2am yelling in hallway but not hotels fault. Heard family was booted from hotel.
