RecommendedGreat place! Staff is Awesome.
The worst Marriott property we have ever stayed at! Front desk was not very welcoming, even though we had checked in and pre-paid via Marriott Bonvoy app since we are members. Our room, although recently remodeled, reeked of industrial cleaner, cigarette smoke, and the carpet in room 117 smelled like someone had urinated by the air conditioner. We will not stay there again.
Excellent location. Staff are very friendly. Great choices for breakfast. Will stay again next time I’m in Kansas City.
Friendly staff however bathroom stool and shower both need upgrades, both are well worn and appear dirty. Carpet is completely worn through in spots. For rate would expect updates to the facilities.

Hotel was quiet, room was very clean, Staff was very nice and helpful. Saying the free breakfast could have been hotter would be true but nit picking. Would stay again for sure!!

Absolutely amazing staff and very clean hotel! Perfect location, right by yummy places to eat and walmart if you forgot anything. Not to far from WOF/OOF, we were able to do both parks in one day with getting rest in between!
