第一次入住marriott下属的酒店，糟糕到让我无语的地步，希望我的体验能够给那些即将入住的人士一些提示： 1.浴缸底部无任何防滑措施，我刚走进去浴缸差点滑倒，我是个中年人，试想如果换做一位老人那是多么危险的事情，酒店就穷到连个防滑浴缸都无法配备了吗。 2.我到达我的房间时候房门竟然是没锁的，这也是我第一次见到如此“open”的酒店。 3.酒店房间里的设施都不全，竟然房间只有一个纸杯，却给准备了三条浴巾，难道酒店希望三个人共用一个纸杯？还是谁擅自进入了你们打扫好的房间休息了？ 4.房间里一股味道，我也不知道酒店之前是怎么积累出如此味道，该酒店在大堂狂喷类似杀虫剂的空气清新剂不如把房间的味道处理一下好吗。 5.这里的枕头能叫枕头吗？你酒店就那么希望客人在此过一夜后都落枕才能体现你们酒店枕头的特别吗。 6.请问你们的洗发水是洗手液代替的吗？我用了一次头发干枯不说还粘头皮。 7.我知道你们morriott想要多赚钱所以在免费的wifi下还有一个付费的wifi说是提供更优质的网络，但这不表示免费wifi就该一分钟断三次网吧。 我也知道赚钱和节约成本对你们morriott非常非常的重要，但这不代表这种赚钱的方式会得到大家的认可，我想选morriott这是... read more
Looks like Brand new. Room breakfast and location are great
Very clean and comfortable, helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast (including hot options). The only issue was we were in the first floor unit next to the stairs and the soundproofing is not very good (bring earplugs). Overall a very nice hotel, easy to access. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Kamloops.
Stayed here as part of the Rocky Mountaineer Train Journey. It as a very smooth and pleasant experience. Rooms were nice and comfortable, and the gym was basic but adequate. Exactly what you want in a 3 star hotel.
