First of all, I booked the room with the expressed desire for an indoor pool for my son. i was reassured there was one and it was operational. It in fact was not. not only was it filthy but construction was being done 3 feet away from the pool on a hot tub. Disappointing for sure, they eventually opened the pool but it remained dirty. In the room the toilet didn’t work properly, i had to remove the lid and fix the plunger every time i flushed. i asked for repair but no one came even when i asked a second time. Hotel staff are lazy management doesn’t care
Facilities Are Very Clean. Employees All Super Friendly. Breakfast Was Good. I Wasn't Too Pleased With The Mattress Or Pillows But I'm Very Picky So I Won't Hold This Against Them. Indoor Pool Was The Reason We Stayed There. It Was Warm Enough To Swim With Very Cold Temperatures Outside. Hot Tub Was Broken But They Told Us When We Booked So We Knew Going In. All In All Great Experience. I'll Stay There Again If I'm Back In Town.
This was the worse experience I've ever had at this location. The lobby smelled like sewage when we arrived. It got better when we went to our room but we had to our towels under the door to keep out the smell. It was gone the next day, but came back the day after. Our towels smelled like they had been packed away for a while in a dank place but the manager quickly had them changed out for fresh towels .
