Staff is always welcoming and cheerful. Rooms are nicely done and always clean.
I usually don’t leave complaints, but my stay was disappointing due to not having hot water for several days. On arrival, the water was lukewarm, and by the next night, it was completely cold. I reported it multiple times, but the issue was never resolved. The front desk staff were polite and kind, but the lack of hot water—something that should be a basic necessity—made the stay very uncomfortable.
Everything was pretty good but when I tried to take a shower they didn't have any shower gel in the container. Also noticed none of the trash cans had a bag in them.
A great hotel that is very clean with great customer service. We enjoyed our two night stay. I recommend.
