Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is nice although on the small side. Indoor pool and hot tub as well as fitness center. Breakfast included

What is important to us is a clean hotel, especially rooms and kitchen area. The breakfast area was spotless, well-organized, and we have stayed at a lot of Mariott properties, their food quality was exceptional. Tasted fresh, well prepared and the lady who ran that area should get credit for such a great job. -The exact opposite is the Residence Inn locations in Lubbock. Poor disgusting food, unclean rooms, and consistent lousy service. Avid them in Lubbock if possible- Our FT Collins double queen room appeared to be clean.... read more

Great location, great staff. It's a Fairfield, period. If you expect exclusive service wrong hotel. Overall, I'd stay again and then some.

My room was great except for the hair on 2 of the shower walls and floor. I really appreciate no loud fan in the bathroom. When I checked in, I put the card I wanted to use for my stay in the card machine, but when I checked out my original card they had on file was used. They corrected it, but it takes days for the charge reversal.

Very clean & quiet. The staff is helpful,welcoming & very polite. This is our go to for overnight trips to Ft Collins.
