I have been at this location for at least 8 months. Everyone basically knows me on a first name basis, everyone except the overnight male front desk person. Despite my extended stay this guy tried to charge me additional fees for paying for my new reservation…a half day rate which would be $60. On top of this he was extremely rude and didn’t even know how to check me into my reservation without help from the person who was clocking out. I never have had any issues until tonight.
