Great location plenty of shopping and staff was very pleasant
I live nearby and we walk around this property frequently. We notified them about issues with rats outside but nothing has been done. Dead rat on sidewalk near pool and I’ve seen a rat running in the weeds near convention entrance. Hope they get this resolved as I worry it will eventually impact our property.
Service was worst, I checked in at 3pm on 6/18 and In rm 423 it was bad ac sound messaged frontdesk she almost after two hours called me back saying come down I need to verify your identity so it was around 8pm black lady, so I said it’s been more than 4 hours I have been into room and now your asking for my identity then she is saying Mexican lady who is working she is new itseems but she checked my id too now , about sound she said she would witch to double then when I went down she switched to king connecting room and eve... read more
