Rooms aren't very clean, nothing close to walk to other than a strip/hookah bar. Breakfast is terrible, staff will come eat most of it. And they don't stock tea, but do have a carafe of hot water.
If you like sleeping on a bed of bricks this is the place to stay. If sleeping on bricks isn't your thing schedule a chiropractor appointment for after your stay here. Sofa bed was just as uncomfortable it was like try to lay on a mangled bunch of slinkys. Our bed was so uncomfortable I probably would have been more comfortable on the floor. The people in the Sales and catering office, Erin Wilson and especially Alma Lester are very dishonest and do not value customers. I was ready to pay a deposit on their ball room on a friday, because i wanted to move forward with the space. Erin Wilson said no worries since its late today you can pay on Monday or Tuesday the space is on hold for you. Well this Monday Erin called and in a very cold tone said that the space was no longer available and that one of her colleagues entered into a contract that weekend for my space... read more
At 6pm on a Friday the front desk was vacated and the staff was AWOL. We had to wait 30 minutes for staff to show up to check us into room.
