Brittney, the front desk clerk, was such a joy. I burned ramen in the microwave and she offered to clean it all up. She helped me feel welcomed from the moment I checked in, and really saved the day cleaning up my mess.
There was pubic hair all over the conditioner bottle in the shower.
Good service all around, but one of the of the highlights is the breakfast services manager, Jeff. Most of my weekdays are spent in various hotels, and Jeff is the best I've seen in thirty years of business travel. Conscientious and hard-working, and he tries to give each guest a pleasant start to their day. Great front desk too.
Easy check in and out, comfortable bed and pillows.
Quiet comfortable clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with perfect scrambled eggs and good strong coffee with fresh half and half. Recommend.
