We live alive about two and a half hours away, but me and my husband love chattanooga, and come up here about two or three times a year to stay a weekend. This was the first hotel we have ever stayed at and continued to come here every time. This is probably our 4th or 5th stay here and it never disappoints. The front desk is always nice and helpful. Rooms are super clean, bathrooms are sleek and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is in the shower and it smells so good. I loved the lotion so much they gave us a few extr... read more

This hotel was dirty, outdated, and had a strange odor throughout. The room we stayed in was awkwardly laid out and so small that there was barely enough room to get the luggage cart inside. The TV did not work, and the overall condition of the room made me uncomfortable enough that I was hesitant to even get into the bed. The carpet was visibly dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. The only positive aspect of our stay was the beautiful view, as the hotel is surrounded by Lookout Mountain.
