I love coming to this hotel. Just a getaway spot for me. But I want to brag on Lily. The best customer service ever. She was super nice. Not that scripted type of nice but genuine. She made my experience 10x better. Lily if you see this just know that your service is appreciated and has not gone unnoticed. As far as the rooms, the bed is super comfortable but I prefer a walk in shower. Also didn't know the price for deposit went up. That's a bummer when you're caught off guard.
Pleasantly a standard hotel. Clean, quiet, had all the amenities, nice staff, good breakfast selections (dried apricots, alternate milks)
They have been renovating. No one ever asked if we needed any clean towels and we were there the entire week.
No airport shuttle was a disappointment. UBER or LYFT were easy enough but add around $30 to your stay for airport transportation and tip. Rooms were nice, bathroom a bit small compared to other hotel stays. Shower pressure excellent. Excellent location for walking to lunch or dinner at Cracker-barrel or Volcano Crab. Reception staff and housekeeping personnel were very pleasant and helpful.
