Quiet comfortable clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with perfect scrambled eggs and good strong coffee with fresh half and half. Recommend.
We stopped here for a rest night during our road trip from Chicago to Florida, and it was the best choice we could have made! This was our first time staying with Marriott, and we were truly impressed. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed here on our anniversary trip, and the hotel staff were so sweet and hospitable. Nashanda even walked around with us so we could get some nice pictures together while we were dressed up. The room was spotless, and the lobby and breakfast area are beautiful and well decorated. It’s so close to the Hamilton Place shopping area and 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, which was perfect for us. Highly recommend!
Pleasant accommodations, but horrible WiFi. Impossible to do any work, or really use the internet at all.
We arrived at this hotel excited because the reviews were amazing, so we were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. We were booked from July 31-Aug 3rd, but we left on the first night. We booked through a third-party site that advertised two queen beds. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the hotel only offers king or double/full-size beds.
