I am curious as to why this hotel has not been awarded a 5-star rating. Erika provided exceptional service as our hostess. Her professionalism was exemplary, and her dedication ensured that my family and I felt completely at home during our initial stay, particularly during my niece's Master's Degree Graduation. While I cannot recall the names of the other two front desk associates, their customer service was equally outstanding. Receptionist is not friendly (she probably was sleeping when i arrive ) Mobile key never activated Physically key didn’t work after first time. I had to ask cleaning lady every time to open the door
