I stayed at this hotel on February 15-16, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not clean at all, there were multiple cockroaches crawling around, including near the bed and also fly’s throughout the room. This is a serious health concern and completely unacceptable for any hotel. I spoke directly with the general manager about the issue, and they refused to offer any kind of refund or compensation. Beautiful hotel,super clean,and quiet. The breakfast room was kept extremely clean and stocked. Coffee kept fresh and hot. We will be back
I had a great stay at this Fairfield Inn. Staff was courteous and it had one of the better breakfast areas for a Fairfield. Room was nice and plenty of available outlets for electronics but needed to use the wall outlets on each side of the work desk. Not an issue for most, but if you have short charging cables it's something to consider.
