As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells nice and clean. Great customer service by the staff.
Decided to stay at this establishment and it was the WORST DECISION EVER. IVE BEEN NEEDING A REFUND SINCE June and they never seem to be able to help and tell me to call back, which I have several time a week different days and different times. Yesenia in the front office is very inadequate doing her job. She will literally hang up the phone and then not answer and for the rest of the day when she sees your number pull up.
