Fairfield inn and suites.. not surprised. Marriott needs to get rid of the thugs that off brand have at their front desk. The black front desk person at the Fairfield downtown Austin racially discriminated against me and in addition also took about five dollars from my credit card account just to be egregious. With checkout @ the front desk I didn’t get the nice welcome the person ahead of me got such as a smile and a good morning. The next morning though it took the black male individual about no more than a minute to check out a white male ahead of me, then when I came up he took me than 5 minutes looking to the side a lot and he ignored me when I asked a few basic questions and I think it was also his goal to frustrate me.
