Came here on valentine's day for me and 5 grandsons for a staycation and swimming. Love this hotel ! Love the staff "Rebel is a Rockstar!" Onky reason I didn't give 5 stars is the pool is really cold. ( Heated, just not turned up high enough). The kids dont seem to mind ,but I cant bare cold water with these old bones.
Today I checked in with Marcus from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Marcus was friendly, efficient and very professional. Went to my room where I discovered the TV did not work. Marcus came down and helped me when it would not turn on he immediately switched my room. Was waiting in the hallway soon as I gathered my stuff. Later he recommended a Mexican restaurant which I enjoyed. And also helped me with my laptop logging on the wifi. He was nice and friendly each encounter and I tell you I feel I was a pain with my m... read more

Easy access off the highway with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and a variety of stores. Check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, and our room was clean with very comfortable beds. One small note: an extra blanket in the room would have been nice, and the bath towels were smaller than expected our first night.
