Requested 2 side-by-side rooms but not available on arrival. Upgraded us "for free" when charged me in full for the upgraded room. Mr. Bill at the front desk was rude, wouldn't even listen to anything about their mistake. I've never dealt with anyone as obnoxious as this man. Need to learn some customer service skills. When I asked for Corporate phone number, he said they don't have any. I asked again, you don't have a corporate office, and Mr. Bill responds..."nope". Never staying here again.

Rooms were clean, but somewhat dated. Bed was comfortable. Okay for the price.

Staff was very friendly. Myself and my two kids travel a lot for sports and if we are in the area, I will make it a point to try and stay here.

Heat was loud. Pillows were thin. Breakfast the first day only had 1 kind of cereal and there were only 4 containers. There were no kind of pastries. Toast was pre-toasted and cold. There was no jelly, butter or peanut butter. Brown sugar was hard as a rock. 2nd morning there was no fruit. There were only 6 milks. Syrup for waffles ran out.
