Had a great experience here 9/13-9/14/2025. The employees were polite. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice hot shower. Hotel was quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice. Felt good after a long day of hiking at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Close enough to where we wanted to hike and many restaurants as well. The breakfast on Sunday morning was excellent! Breakfast was great young lady was very nice and greeted us with so much happiness and kindness but sadly I’m disappointed she was the only one serving breakfast she was trying to help everyone but there were some rude guest I strongly feel there needs to be another person out there with her!! But overall I am pleased with the selection there just needs to be more help in that area but great job to her!!!☺️
I checked into a room that was booked that was advertised to sleep four people. When we arrived it had a King size bed and a twin pull out bed. When I approached the front desk staff I found them to be unhelpful at best and rude at worst. They told me that a King sized bed should sleep an adult and two teenage children. They stated that this was industry standard and all hotels do this. I asked for a cot to sleep on and they said no. This place did nothing to make my stay better and I’ll never stay here again. My family and I had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Fairfield Inn in Akron. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very very nice. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast, and the pool was enjoyable as well as the hot tub. Very spacious rooms! If we ever have the need to return to Akron or Cleveland, we will definitely be staying here!
