Our room was clean (also modern and bigger as compared to other hotels in Calgary), the customer service at check-in was excellent, and my kid absolutely loved the swimming pool! Also compared to other hotels in Calgary, the breakfast was overall quite good. My only feedback is regarding the food variety. Instead of serving three different egg dishes (scrambled, omelette, and egg with cheese), it would be much better to see a wider selection of breakfast meats like bacon, ham, or sausage.
I stayed in the hotel for my first time and it was really great, the staff was very friendly, easy to approached with, very quiet and their breakfast was good, I love it and I recommend it, thank you to Sam, Anna and Shirley they are very helpful.
This is a beautiful Fairfield property! If you need a stay in Airdrie or don’t want to pay those Calgary hotel prices look no further. This hotel has all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool, hot tub, fitness centre, & market. The staff here were all friendly and helpful. My room was clean and at Fairfield standard. Free breakfast is always appreciated and was pretty average. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again!!
