I travel for work. Take my word, this hotel exemplifies the Marriott brand. It’s clean, newer build, I got 500 points for checking in, and they had apple pie and ice cream in the evening.
Not a bad place, what was lacking is the first class feel you expect with a Marriot property. A bit tired and in need of updates. Breakfast was below par, too. The people are friendly and looking to please, but the value was just not in this stay.
I was already checked in before our arrival. We had just went through a fire and we were completely stressed out. We checked in early with no hesitation.
We just checked out at 11:45 1/1/26. As we were leaving today me and my husband told the woman at the desk Happy new Year after we gave her the keys. She did not say anything back as we awkwardly looked at each other we just walked away. I really felt like that was rude and having that kind of job you would think she would be happy to greet people and not look so angry. Happy New year Everyone
Spacious rooms, good breakfast, the front desk person wasn't very friendly but she was professional. I would stay again if ever in the area.
