Hope and pray that your stay doesn’t coincide with the owner wanting to stay there while the hotel is completely booked. They’ll kick you out 3 days into your stay and try to tell you the site you booked on made a mistake even though they’ve already let you stay there for 3 days because they don’t have the guts to tell you that the owner wants to stay there while the hotel is completely full. Not how a business should be run.
The receptionist at the front desk was very kind, the rooms were clean in the location is very convenient around many stores and restaurants. Breakfast was really good. Definitely had a variety of things to choose from. It's just the turkey sausage with a little overcooked.

I’ve stayed in many Fairfield Inns, and this one is the best in recent memory as far as friendly, helpful staff, overall cleanliness, and the quality of the breakfast. The rooms are a little dated, but fine. Some more USB ports would be nice.
