Need some improvement with low flow water pressure, And towels are very unusually ruff, Never experience that any other Marriott Brand property, but this was my First experience at a Fairfield in by Marriott..�

Excellent service!!!! Went out of their way to accommodate us.
I'm a Charter Bus driver & so I stay in a lot of hotels. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly front staff, the property grounds are clean & well lit. The parking lot is bus friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, hot breakfast was very good & a variety. The lady that kept things re-filled, tables cleaned and a hard worker. Easy on & off major roads so I will recomend this hotel to anyone heading to the Plano area. To the manager please let your staff know they are appreciated.

Greeted with a very nice attitude! Very clean room, comfy beds and very accommodating! The staff was great, esp the mgr who was working 8/11. He was very helpful on giving us information for dinner! He went above and beyond to masure we had everything we neededb Highly reccommend this hotel! Will definately be staying here in the future!!! The hot tub was out of service but the pool was great. Work out room had lots to do and clean. breakfast was alsk great with alot of choices! Great job guys! See you soon!!!!

This Fairfield is directly across the street from Baylor Scott & White in Plano. We stayed here 45 days; through Christmas and New Years, while my sister was in ICU at Baylor, after complications from Kyphosis surgery. The hotel is going through a remodel, so there may be some noise, but the AMAZING staff make this an AWESOME place to stay.
