Horrible smell. Broken treadmill. Pool was closed. Multiple burn marks on tv .worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed in.
Stay here often for business. Often smells of cigarettes. Gym cardio equipment not maintained and water cooler is never filled when I am there. Rooms are usually in good condition. Beds could use a refresh; lower back was killing me after last stay. Staff is always very friendly.
Look you all are missing out on an opportunity. Brian is awesome and should be the VOICE of the company. Commercials and everything. Amazing service thank you.
