Hotel is OK enough you get what you pay for but the customer service I don’t know who the mail was. I didn’t catch your name or see your name tag but the Indian man was very rude and threatening for no reason as I was gathering my things in the parking lot in my vehicle started harassing me about whether or not I was staying herewas very threatening did not feel comfortable. Immediately took my things to a different hotel didn’t want him having her knowing which room I was in?

Please be aware of what you are spending your money on when booking a room at Fairfield Inn. I've worked for the hotel on and off since 2012. The pictures you see on the booking sites are from at least a decade ago. These pictures are what the hotel actually looks like. I was fired last month for sending 2 emails to corporate about the black mold that has infested every room and public area in that building. Guest complains about the mold smell. It's on the reviews. I stay in alot of hotels with my company, we have 3 rooms rented now. The friendly staff at Fairfield has volunteered to fix us to go breakfast for us since we leave at 530am the staff here is top notch for sure. And we will definitely be back when we work in the Norman area.
