If you need anything in your room say perhaps a phone which my room came without one... You need to get to the general manager to get anything done. Literally I had to call the general manager to get my room refreshed. I guess the Marriott crew has not secret-shopped this store in quite a while...

You get what you pay for with this place. When we arrived the original room they gave us smelled musty & mildewy so bad. There was also urine all over the seat. We went back downstairs to get another room. The man at the check in desk was appalled we wanted a new room. He acted like he just assigned us to the penthouse suite at the Ritz. I wish I had heeded the advice of other reviewers and passed on this place. I'm very easy to please and am willing to put up with a lot, but this place was a dump and if we had not been so tired when we checked in, we would have gone elsewhere. The bathroom floor was very dirty, and the bedroom carpet needed vacuuming. We found paper trash on the floor behind one of the nightstands. The bathroom sink was missing its stopper; we had to keep the plastic soap tray in the sink to guard against dropping something down the drain. ... read more

I called 3 hrs prior to check in to confirm my 2 night 2 room reservation Upon my arrival At check in I was lied to 3 times about my reservation being canceled.They finally figured out what happen...I got 1 room Then had to wait for next morning to reserve the 2nd room Also had to go down to front desk and exchange dirty towels for fresh ones and you could not get any extras No towel at pool Had to go to front desk Only recommend this hotel for anyone as a last resort For Me....definitely booking somewhere else

Substandard is not the low enough for this stay. As a platinum elite member no welcome gift, no one was at the desk for check in as the mobile key didn’t work. There was only one entrance to the hotel and that was disgusting. The rooms were terrible! There was blood on a “clean” towel, trash on the floor at check in, and the toilet needed to be replaced. Good thing the airport closes at midnight or you’d never get sleep. Breakfast was messy and unappealing. By far the worst place I’ve stayed in America.
