Mrs Jessica was so Nice , Everyone Was Awesome
Our room was already booked and once we made it to the hotel we were notified they were sold out! After we traveled 3 hours! Very unacceptable and now we are left with no room!
Everything was just ok. I wasn't impressed by anything but also wasn't so upset that I'd complain. Our room had no view due to the facade of the building being right in front of the window. The lighting in the room was quite dim, even in the bathroom, making it challenging to get ready. But it was fine for just one night.
If I could give a negative rating, I would. This hotel suffers from severe deferred maintenance and does not meet the standards expected of the Fairfield brand. Upon entering the building, I noticed an unpleasant odor. The elevator had a damaged panel and stained ceiling tiles, which immediately raised red flags. The room I was offered also had a noticeable smell. The shower was coated in a thick layer of soap scum, and the curtains were broken. I refused to stay and checked out immediately.
