This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was beyond friendly, kind, and helpful. They had a toy for my kid, they offered me snacks/drinks upon arrival, they offered to switch my room to the first floor if I preferred, they helped with my belongings, the breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, the pool was fun and is open late. It was a great experience.
Very kind staff good place.. but whole hotel smells musty, think it has a mold issue. My allergies were really bad here. Don’t go if you have mold allergies
Emily is amazing she helped us tremendously with our wedding party, she made sure we all got rooms close to each other. And her positive attitude made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay here. And we will be staying here again.
