Today I called Fairfield Glass to fix a double-pane window in my kitchen. The owner, Dwight, showed up about 25 minutes later. When I greeted him and asked how his day was going, he replied: “It was fine until I saw you.” That comment was very disrespectful. He later said he was “just kidding,” but I found it inappropriate. SUPERB service! It only took 3 days, from assessing to ordering then replacing our broken glass windows. I would give Dwight more than 5 stars! Thank you for your great service!
I called-in the the same day and Dwight repaired our broken window and fixed it in less than an hour, replacing it with a better window at an exceptional price. Exceptional service and very friendly and humorous. Highly recommended and would definitely do service again with this great private company.
