First let me start by saying how TRULY AMAZING this dental office is if i can give this business 100 stars i TRULY would. The moment I first entered the building I was greeted by the receptionist with a very professional and warm invite ,when I entered the back ALL of the Dental assistants we're very pleasant and warm as well. Dr. Pham and his staff were AMAZING!! I had to get a root canal for the first time in my life and I was terrified! Dr. Pham was knowledgeable, patient, kind, gentle, and explained everything in detail. Emphasis was placed on the procedure being effective and pain free! I felt NOTHING! Not even the injections! I would 10 out of 10 recommend his office to everyone! AMAZING SERVICE AND THEY CALLED TO CHECK ON ME THE NEXT DAY.
Office was extremely nice and efficient. The dentist was so polite to his employees and me. I hope i don't need to come back but if i do, i will not hesitate to call.
Very Clean office, the Staff were warn and welcoming, Dr. Michael Pham was very informative as to my situation and he did a GREAT JOB. THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE at Fairfield Endodontics.
