Dr Pham and staff are very friendly and professional. I went in for a root canal and couldn’t be more happier with the whole process, I highly recommend.
The staff is very professional and thorough, explaining everything that's being done. Dr Pham was good he explained what is happening in my mouth and had no problem answering every question I asked. Very professional, done in a timely manner
My experience at Dr Pham‘s Endodontist! First of all, it’s a cute little office with awesome staff. In my long life, I have had many root canals. first of all, I’m afraid of needles and Dr Pham put me at ease. The whole experience was amazing. The only thing I felt was a tiny needle prick and he was so gentle in releasing the numbing medication that I didn’t feel anything. Secondly all his modern equipment was mind blowing. Fairfield Endodontics was great from check in to check out. The front desk was friendly and explained all the paperwork work that had to be signed, she didn’t just hand you a clip board and tell you to sign the paperwork. The assistant took me back and explained what she was going to do before seeing the Dr, she was super friendly the entire visit. The Dr was great, also super friendly and gentle.
