Very responsive and transparent in their communication, though I do wish that I didn't have to ask specifics. I know most people don't want the nitty-gritty about every detail in a report, so asking for deep specifics isn't typical. But they were super professional and communicative once it was clear what we needed.

Jesse was AMAZING! I called in a panic because the circuit breaker wouldn't switch back to the "on" position, and he calmly talked me through how to fix it over the phone. He didn't even charge. A huge, huge thank you :)

I was disappointed with Fairfield Electric. They came to my house for an estimate for an upgrade to my electrical service. The quote was over $9,400. This was just over twice the amount of a couple of other quotes I received - at $4600!!! I complained and they immediatly dropped the price by $2000. Not happy about this!
