I believe however; if your a new patient and coming for the first time and make an appointment, the front office area should advise you for example: My appointment was at 2pm, had I known I would need to do 20min worth of paperwork, I would have arrived earlier to complete the paperwork so I could still be seen at 2pm at my scheduled time. Instead I wasnt physically taken back to see a dentist until 3pm. The dentist was great and very knowle... read more
