I am always at ease when Ann is doing my clea... I am always at ease when Ann is doing my cleaning. At moments, depending of what is going on in my life, I might be more tense than others....but she is always patient with me and understanding. For that I am grateful because I don't think I would continue going to my cleaning if I wasn't like this. She never hurts me while still making sure she is doing a good job.
