I had an unfortunate experience with this lawn/tick care company. I called and cancelled a tick application, which was not required. Calling was not enough. Make sure that you send all communications in writing to cancel any services. I was still charged for the tick spraying...\$178! After receiving a couple of invoices, I spoke with the owner (John) and he refused to admit that there was a call in to end the services.
