Everyone is very kind and patient there. They all listen to my concerns, and answer all of my questions completely, whether the questions were medical or about billing and insurance.

Dr Shilb is an excellent Dr. He really cares about his patients and he really listens to your concerns. I would wait hours to see him. But I've never had to. Hes always there when hes supposed to be! Outstanding bedside manor.
We have a great Hospital here in Lancaster, staffed with the best and most qualified physician's, nurses and staff. Everyone has a story. Mine is I have always been treated with respect and received the best Patient care. I couldn't ask for more.
The ladies up front are alway nice and helping out. Lisa Cline is my best doctor I have ever had. If I have any problems she will she there with me until we are done. She helps me out does the best for me. She is one doctor that cares about her patients. Well recommend Lisa Cline to anyone.
