Awesome experience. Dropped off a few of my equipment for service. I told them to do what needs to be done. Considering the public holiday the service was quick can’t be any happier. The highlight was their customer care and the notification of completion per item. Kept me up-to date. On pickup, a detailed explanation of what was done, and the service provided was given. Highly recommended.
EXPERIENCE: 04/06/2026 I would NOT recommend this business based on my experience. I took my lawn mower there for a warranty assessment following advice from Bunnings. I was told that I would be contacted regarding the outcome and any required repairs. After not hearing anything for six weeks, I contacted them myself and was informed that the mower had already been repaired and that I owed $140 for the work. At no point was I contacted to approve these charges or asked whether I wanted to proceed with the repair. My main con... read more
