I like the way the person addressed me on the phone. I was just looking at ruby rings and different bracelets that they carried. She was so disappointed that I didn’t purchase,but she was more concerned if I was satisfied with everything she could do for me. Bobby is no typical retailer. He's a friend and was an incredible support system before I eventually proposed. He helped design my fiancés ring and worked tirelessly to find the diamonds that were best suited for the ring, and within my budget. Past that, he was patient with me and respectful of the timeline I needed, given I was making such a huge decision. And oh yeah, he did all this even though he's in Connecticut and I'm in Colorado. My fiancé and I feel blessed to know Bobby and have him be part of this special moment.
I had engagement and wedding rings repaired and cleaned at FCJ and they did a beautiful job!! Highly recommend!
