You may want to consider elsewhere if cleanliness is a priority. I've stayed in at least a dozen Marriott hotels and none were this bad. Day 1 the carpet felt quite dirty. On my 5th day I had the unique experience of a mouse in my room (third floor) at 4 AM. When I told the front desk they said they wouldn't be able to help me right away because they were busy performing an audit. ☆☆☆ (2/5) The reception staff were friendly and polite, which we really appreciated throughout our stay. They did send someone to fix the broken bathroom handle. Also, the location is great - it’s a min walk to both Dunkin’s and McDonald. It’s also safe - even though some former reviews said parking is not safe. We found it completely safe. I enjoyed my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites White Marsh. Located not too far from Baltimore, there was a lot of stuff nearby, including an IKEA, and lots of places to eat. The staff was super friendly, especially Tyrell, who welcomed us with a bag of waters and snacks. There was a tile in the shower that had a crack, and the TV was a bit blurry, but other than that, the room was good. I only stayed for one night, but the pillows were super soft.
