Great stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was cozy and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal, maybe the best I’ve seen. Location is perfect , walkable to downtown and close to highway.
Rude Staff
Fiona and Nathaniel, along with the entire hotel team at Fairfield Inn Northampton, made our stay exceptionally comfortable, warm, and welcoming. The property is in top shape, very clean, with fresh breakfast offerings and well-m appointed, nicely maintained rooms. Everyone was genuinely kind and attentive, making this a great place to stay and an easy recommendation.
Currently a guest. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is below average. Mattress is uncomfortable, pillows are flat and the comforter is as thin as a sheet of paper. I wasn’t expecting luxury but at least a working TV….technical issues and Netflix doesn’t work (it has been more that 24 hours and the issue is not resolved). Not many amenities in the room but average. Would not recommend
