Customer service was great all around from check-in to checkout. Very clean. Breakfast & coffee was ok for hotel food, better than most.
Great place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. But what really set Fairfield apart was Shanika and Dominique. They went out of their way to help us. Shanika kept the breakfast coming. And Dominique, on the frnt desk, was very accommodating- which was much appreciated after a long day of volleyball .
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very bad experience with the AC/heating unit in our room It was so loud that we literally could not sleep we did everything we could with the thermostat made by Amana but could not turn off the unit we googled how to turn off a unit made by Amana but we could not get the unit to turn off I have now read other reviews making the same complaint no matter what one does the unit continues to run We would never stay here again
The worst experience ever. I am an ambassador with Marriott, and this has been my worst stay yet. The front desk was rude and sat in the back for 20 minutes while I waited to check out. Upon my departure, there was an issue with my credit card where they charged me twice. When I followed back up with the hotel, the front desk told me to dispute the charge and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. This issue has gone on unresolved, and I took matters into my own hands. Front desk and morning breakfast staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It would be nice if the morning breakfast was upgraded a bit even if there is an impact on cost. I was not impressed with the hot items. The overall appearance of the communal areas of tiger hotel were nice. However, I was not happy with the condition of the bathroom in my particular room. So much so, I decided to forego a shower until I returned home later that day. The issues could have been easily remedied. I have a problem with using showers that... read more
