Staff are very friendly. Free fruit all day long. Free breakfast. Free bottled water. Secure vestibule.
I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because they staff is SO NICE and amazing.... but realistically we booked this hotel strictly because it showed pictures that there was a pool. THERE IS NOT A POOL. There are a lot of hotel choices in the area being so close to the food court and the Baird convention center.... so to pay the extra money because you saw the advertisement of the pool really was a let down for the kids.
