Marriott hotels and this Fairfield Inn can you please explain what happened to the puffy pillows. Please note as soon as you lay your head down to sleep they sink into the bed, terrible flat pillows. The location is excellent with 3rd Street Market Hall great food, drinks and entertainment directly across the street. The front desk clerks were very accommodating. There is a key card entrance into the hotel as I see why because a homeless guy was nearby walking the sidewalk asking us for money as we went inside. Overall, if t... read more
