Exactly where we needed for our event and was walkable to everything we needed. The food hall being across the street and Walgreens is convenient. Roberto was awesome and took good care of us upon check in. Hotel room itself could use some TLC and love. Towels were really thin and had holes, areas of the bathroom needed some repair and cleaning. And the curtains wouldnt close all the way. There is a fridge in the room which was nice. They also have breakfast included but we did not utilize. There's valet parking or $30 parki... read more
We had an absolute wonderful time staying at this establishment! We were in Milwaukee for an international convention, which meant the hotel was absolutely fully booked. The staff did a great job taking care of our needs! Especially the breakfast staff went all out to accomodate us all every morning for a whole week. They even extended their weekend times because of our schedule! Absolute phenomenal service, thank you Ceasar in particular!
The lobby and the staff are really cool and nice. It's all downhill from there. Avoid staying in the rooms. Mold on the air vents. Hair in the tub. Security and locked doors out front. Room may have been cleaned before I arrived. Etc....
That front desk team. Cassie, Marie, and Emma...all of them were so friendly and helpful. I stayed there for 3 days and each time I needed something, they went above and beyond. If I'm in Milwaukee again, I'll definitely stay there.
Emma and Marie went out of their way to help us. We arrived early and they went over and beyond to get us in our room before 4pm. The room is clean and spacious. There us plenty of room and food for the complimentary breakfast. Emma remembered us throughout outstanding and greeted us everytime we came back to the hotel. The location is downtown Milwaukee and you can walk to everything you need - restaurants, stores, and banks. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Milwaukee.
