Had a great stay, Roberto was the best, very friendly and accommodating! Planning to stay here again!
Stayed here for an exhibition. Not impressed by the rooms and overall cleanliness. Staff was very friendly. Paid way too much for this kind of hotel
Location * location * location, right? That would be why you'd stay here. It's perfect if you want a convenient hotel right in the heart of things. The lobby, breakfast area and first floor in general are nice; modern and updated. That said, the rooms are, well, awful. Ours was tiny, cramped, dark, dated, and very, very dirty. This place was perfect for our weekend stay. Fantastic location too. There is a parking ramp right by as well. Shoutout to front desk employee, Ricardo! He’s what all front desk employees should strive to be. Kind, professional, and funny.
Great location, but shocking lack of professionalism from management. My wife and I stayed here for a convention at the Baird Center. While the location is great and the initial experience with staff was excellent, our experience devolved rapidly. Housekeeping completely neglected our room for days. When we questioned it, we were told about an alternate housekeeping schedule we were never informed of at check-in. Even after complaining, only our towels were replaced while trash overflowed.
