My issues with this hotel they should realize if their is a sports team or lots of kis they should stay on the same floor so im not paying 400+ a night to hear screaming kids running up and down the halls plus the doors are really really heavy where its impossible to open my 80 yr old mom I have to escorts her to her room which I would anyway to open the door because she hurt herself last time. I booked this property for work travel from April 19 through April 23. We received an email notice that the water will be shut off for some repairs from 11am to 5pm daily. While not ideal, we figured it would be ok since we didn't expect to be in the rooms during the outage anyway. The second day after the outage period, the room had very low water pressure, lots of debris in the line that made the water unusable, and no hot water (not that it would have mattered since there was no water pressure).
