Terrible front desk lady Ana--
Hotel and rooms are old and outdated. This is generally reflected in the price you pay compared to other hotels closer to LA. Rooms have three to four different types of wallpaper, all of which are peeling off. The rooms and hallways smell humid and wet. If you have a balcony facing the roadway, don't expect to get any sleep with loud exhaust sounds at night. I arrived to the hotel a bit early; before check in time.
