We experienced disappointment with the TV signal throughout our stay. We went there for a relaxing getaway and wanted to watch the World Cup games but that was a challenging task. The staff member that came to address it the first time was friendly and tried to help but even after we moved rooms, the problem persisted. It's obvious it wasn't just the one TV and it's an issue that needs to be addressed.
1st night great!!! 07/02/26 Got a little goodie bag with a water and cookies. The shuttle driver great!!! Front desk great!
We were so happy so clean, and so comfortable... they spoke bilinguey.. so professional the etiquette was awesome I didn't see any beer though at the little cafe but it's okay I walked to the bar at Fuddruckers.. the pool was very good very warm. The showers were so modern.. we definitely will come back
