Rooms were clean, showers were steamy and hot with nice pressure. The staff was helpful and the breakfast stayed stocked and area clean
This five star quality hotel has great service, clean rooms, fitness center, refrigerator, large size bathroom with shower, desk, and incredible staff like Brie. She is one of the front desk staff. Brie is attentive, helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable about La Place which is less than an hour from New Orleans. Highly recommend staying here as many times as you can. When you have people like Brie to welcome you, enjoy and be thankful there are people who still understand and deliver top notch customer service.
We were left hanging by another hotel in the area at 1am as our double queen room was given away and we needed the a two bed room as we have reserved. Decided to call the Fairfield and Cameron at the front desk was not only friendly, understanding and super helpful and was able to accommodate us. For the night. The next day he went out of his way to communicate with his colleagues on the day shift to ensure we would get moved to another room with two beds and a sleeper.
