Exceptional friendly staff! Stayed here for dance competition! Always a good place to stay!
I rarely stay anywhere but Marriotts. This one didn’t measure up. We checked in around 9pm. The keys weren’t ready. Normally not a big deal, but she also had system trouble or whatever so it probably took 10 min. 2 other factors were the wifi was spotty. We were working remote and it dropped us a few times. This rarely happens in Marriotts. Secondly this place just has a weird smell. It was a bit like chlorine from the pool, but it was stronger than normal. The staff here are absolutely wonderful! I always stay here when I come to Frankfort for work and it's always been a great stay. I have stayed in this hotel over 30 times throughout the years and I have never had a bad experience. Update: It's February 2026 and I continue to have great experiences when I stay here. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean. Best hotel around Frankfort.
Pricing was high for a non tourist area, but the legislature is in session, so that may explain it. $150 per night AAA rate was not a bargain. With that said, it's a nice updated hotel with a free hot breakfast.
Mo real problems, but they were in the midst of a remodel. The room was not quite up to par with other Fairfield Inns.
