Convenient location, friendly helpful staff.
Located in what looks like a safe area of town, which is always a plus. Everyone was very helpful and the stay included a complementary breakfast. Tanika at the front was great! Helped us check in and helped when we had questions about our room. Would stay here again.
We made reservations over the phone and arrived just before check-in. The gen manager, Matthew was so nice. He told us about places to visit and was just super helpful with our questions. The room was more than i expected. It had a separate bedroom w a king bed. There was a laundry area w 1 washer/1 dryer so we took advantage of that. The room was very clean and super quiet. Matt also told us we could park around back and enter the hotel w our key right close to our room. Thanks Matt for a very pleasant stay.
Mary-Ann went above and beyond as she worked beyond her shift and dealt with system level technical issues to get multiple parties checked in and satisfied. Excellent hospitality.
