Came for a tournament and the rooms and staff are polite and helpful with all things guests services. I enjoyed the entire experience
If I could I'd give the total a zero overall. My fiance is titanium member and we have stayed in Marriotts in Illinois,Ohio, Ky, FL, Toronto and Taipei. Close it down. It is shabby. On Thursday there wasn't any bacon or sausage on the buffet. Today the sausage was overcooked and dried out. I refused to eat it. Both days the coffee was cold. The attendant was on his cell.
I had a great stay at this hotel! Our flight arrived very early, and Ronde was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful in getting our room ready. His excellent customer service made a wonderful first impression and was truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The hotel also offered a great complimentary breakfast and had a spacious, comfortable seating area that was perfect for getting some work done in the afternoon.
