Perfect location, the room it was impeccable comfortable bed
All as expected and friendly staff. Getting to their location was a little tricky.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean for the most part, but smelled of wet towels when we walked in. The shower curtain also had soap scum and some hairs on it. They seemed like they were overdue to be replaced. Noise levels from above were a bit excessive. Lots of loud stomping and banging unfortunately. If this bothers you, request a room on the top floor.
Booked stay for elderly relatives. Cool, shouldn't be a big deal, just need to ensure a wheel chair accessible room. Made booking through Marriot and agent advised to double check that the hotel (Detroit Livonia) booked according to mobility accessible note made prominent on reservation. Called hotel right after reserving room to do as advised by booking agent. Hotel says opposite of booking agent, that they do not have available ADA accessible room.
