Stayed here in late May and paid with a gift card. The hotel charged me for parking despite my not having a vehicle — the assistant manager, Austin, knew this and charged it anyway. Staff admitted the charge was an error and promised a refund, blaming a “new system” for the delay. That was over two months ago. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk was very nice and got us our keys quickly. He didn’t mention that they had switched our room from a king to two queens, so when we went back down after seeing the wrong room, he did explain they had to switch us due to AC issues. Since I’m a Marriott member he did offer 10k points for the inconvenience, but would have been nice to get that info before we hauled everything upstairs then back down then back up.
