First time. Room was great. Service wonderful. Second visit, room was clean but fridge didn't work, holes in wall and bathroom not as nice as first visit.
Warning!! Don’t choose this hotel if you want a hot shower. The hotel has a water problem which they are well aware of. The manager barely acknowledged our complaint as ours was the first lack of hot water complaint “today.” Four people in the breakfast area were talking about the barely tepid water. If a hotel has a cold water shower, they should warn all guests when they make a reservation. The rest of the hotel is actually nice but it carries a 2 star rating for a reason.
Bad service!!! I am a housekeeper downtown at a hotel already. She tried to tell us we couldn’t book our room for another night nor extend our time. We offered to even pay more and everything she immediately said NO & told us to go.
