My family stayed at this hotel while attending my husband's funeral, and I am deeply disappointed with our experience. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service, which created a significant hardship for our elderly family members. Knowing that guests of all ages and abilities rely on accessible accommodations, this was unacceptable. Zimmer hat nach Schweiß gerochen und das Hotel roch modrig. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren unfreundlich. Der Fernseher hatte kein Netflix, HBO etc. obwohl es so angegeben war. WLAN ging nicht richtig, erst als wir an der Rezeption angerufen haben. Die ganze Nacht schien ein Flutlicht in das Zimmer, der Vorhang hat nicht geholfen. Kein Fairfield-Standard.
The hotel is great but it’s always that same elder white woman that does breakfast 2-3 per week, she’s always late with breakfast, always has an attitude, and I’m getting tired of it. Again the hotel is great, it’s just her.
Old white woman never has breakfast done on time and wants to be rude about it , we have workers waiting to at least grab a plate to eat before work and some even having to leave without a plate bc she takes so long . This is our third week staying at this hotel for work reasons and breakfast is usually on time 2 days a week if we’re lucky, least we can ask for if for breakfast on time
