If I could leave less than one star I would….. arrived to hotel late Friday night with reservations for three rooms. After a long day of traveling, was informed there was no rooms available, despite having a reservation. Received 0 assistance from the front desk as they are supposed to assist in an over booking. Was given a number and told to call. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
When I travel to Columbia for business this hotel quickly became my go to when I arrive in town early and want to get settled.They allow me to check-in early when they have rooms available.The staff has always super attentive and urgent to get me checked in in order for me to get settled.\nOn one of my recent work trips my car was having issues cranking up. Smooth check in, I have had Marriotts with more breakfast selections
I stayed for 2 weeks and they would only clean my room every 3 days . I asked for 2 days but not successfull. If I hadn’t booked through Expedia I would leave , they dont allow early departure. It took me pushing the front desk to get sheet changed , they started changing towels but only sheets once in 2 weeks . Room smelled upon entry thy had to change me to another room It gets worse , I mistakenly booked for 1 day short , when I came back they had given my room away , I actually walked right into the room with other peopl... read more
