We went to a meeting here but no stay. The grounds, lobby and meeting rooms were very nice. The staff I spoke with was very attentive, friendly and helpful.
Great location on the east side of Colorado Springs. This is my second stay here. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and it's usually quiet. All the staff that I've encountered are polite and friendly. AJ at the front desk is so welcoming. The breakfast buffet is nice. There's just enough to choose from, and there are some healthy options. I consider the hotel to be a very good experience for the price.
Very clean and comfortable. The one gripe I have is the soap dispensers in the shower are right next to where you stand so you can't really see what you're getting and they constantly poke you while you're trying to rinse off. I would prefer them on the wall you face.
The staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Excellent customer service.
