Pool out of order. Did not receive housekeeping once during 7 day stay. Elevator needs attention. Carpet stains need attention.
This is not a 3-star hotel, more like 2.5-2.75 star. Cheaply constructed 3 story hotel. Showing wear and tear. My shower didn't have a shower curtain which made for a huge mess after taking showers. There are better hotels within walking distance.

Our family stayed overnight as a halfway point down to Orlando. Rooms were clean enough, albeit showing some wear in the bathrooms. (Patches around the toilet plumbing, peeling wallpaper right next to the shower.) Check in and out was simple and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good: muffins, bagels, fruit, eggs/bacon, cereal and a waffle maker. No oatmeal though.
