Just nope. Drove 30 miles during rush hour for a procedure that had been confirmed three times by office staff. The night before, I was told to fast and to be there 15 minutes early. No problem. Got there, the person giving IV's comes in to start one, and then someone comes in door and tells me that they had NOT in fact received insurance approval. My mom and Dad had chronic spinal pains for decades and now doing great. Dr Varma is working very professionally with patients. Besides her job, she is very kind and polite and always give positive answers to patients questions.

Dr. Varma is definitely the best chronic pain management doctor in the DMV. She has the nicest, most caring personality and always listens to what i have to say. With there being a pandemic, it’s always easy to get an appointment same day with a televising. Jessica, and Liz always have the best positive attitude. This is definitely the place to go!
