They're web-based. Scheduling tool is nothing but frustration, and they don't seem to answer their phone. Found the one appointment that fit my schedule and was available in the next week and a half. Clicked on it, went through all my input, uploaded the order, insurance information, come to the end and it says sorry that appointment's no longer available.

Since they have moved, I've been disappointed with the front staff but this week starting Monday, I went in for a scheduled appt and 1st told they couldn't find order. Found it on my chart then said "I canceled my appt. That it showed in their computer that it was done by text or computer." Never happened. The clerical worker next to the one helping me said at least 4 if not 5 times I canceled my appt. I did not. Then the Barium push came up. My imaging was not covered/preauthorized by insurance and I was not made aware. No one called. I came in to my appointment and they made me sign something electronically (the lady said: Just sign here sweety ) I did and they took me to the room. Sent me huge bill, then called and they told that I have signed a waiver for non covered services, copy was sent to me from billing. Now I am dealing with collection and a bill that was more than what they submitted for insurance. FRC made me loose their trust as a patient.

Called them over five times with no answer. Continued to get a busy signal. Went to their website in hopes to make an appointment there. They only had an option to leave your name and number in order to receive a call. I heard nothing from them until FOUR days later when I missed their call in the afternoon. Tried to call that number back and there was no answer, just a busy signal, again. Seems impossible.
