Dr. Hartzell is a phenomenal physician. Inwas referred to him in the Fair Oaks ER and have never looked back. He’s extremely thorough, considerate and takes him to speak with you, understand your symptoms and answer all my questions. He will often get me in quickly if its urgent.
I saw a one star and was very confused so I wanted to leave 5 stars for my last visit. He was very kind and understanding. He actually cared about me and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed at all. He explained why I had the issues I had. I will be coming to him for anything asthma related. 5/5
