Gena and FFH staff are my lifesavers. This past weekend we were dogsitting. What I didn't know was the dog we were sitting eats everything in sight. And yes. The pooch found my hearing aid on top of an end table as I slept. I sent a message to Fairfax Hearing Center via Facebook messenger Saturday morning. Later that day. Absolutely amazing in all aspects of my relationship with the terrific team at FHC!! They are so accommodating, skilled, professional and friendly! Highly recommend them to anyone who has any degree of hearing loss; I’m sure they will have a way of helping you deal with your struggles.
Superlatives hardly capture my desire to praise the center’s staff — they are simply fantastic! Their service is always a notch above and beyond what one would expect. While seated, waiting for a lyric replacement, I overheard a phone conversation in which the staff member ‘manning’ the entry desk took exceedingly great pains to review intricate insurance issues with a client. Dr. Marino has been my audiologist for about 8 years. She is very thorough in her hearing test and will frequently confirm her findings in alternate methods. She is very precise. When new technology is available, she once again will patiently explains it to me and why it might be helpful in improving my hearing. She does not push technology on me that I feel I do not need.
