i lost my kids :(
We ended up paying top dollar for a vial and the clinic received it and the quality was very low. Fairfax refuses to help us replace it without paying about $2,000+ more for another vial. Be very careful. They are helpful when ordering but not when you have a problem.

We just had the best experience with Fairfax Cryobank’a phone ordering. We were under a time crunch for ordering our tank because of the weekend and our clinics hours, but Nadine was so patient and helpful staying on the phone as long as we needed so that we could coordinate faxes with our clinic. Nadine really eased our minds and was so nice the entire time we were on the call. We felt bad because the whole process took an hour and I could not believe how incredible she was to us. Thank you so much!!!
